What crystallised

Over the years, this breadth and depth have crystallised into the one thing clients call me for most:
cutting through complexity.

Finding the core of a matter – and naming it clearly that everyone can work on it.

International

I move easily in international settings. I have led highly diverse teams spanning more than 15 nationalities, and I have lived and worked for several years each in Japan, the Netherlands, England and Greater China.

Languages: German, English, Japanese, French, Dutch and Chinese.

What drives me

My life's work is the holistic success of people and organisations. Real success, the way I see it, is holistic success: mastering every area of life and bringing them into harmony. That is the art of living.

I think in systems and connections – and that holds for individuals just as much as for companies. It is about being: a state that keeps arising anew out of what we actually do.

Working hours are precious hours of life. Making business worth living is what drives me.

Making business worth living

A company is about performance. So what would that look like in an environment shaped by genuine appreciation for one another?

To me, it goes without saying that this creates real value and highly profitable business.
